For this St. Andrews home, we were able to do a full demo on their ensuite with amazing results! Homeowners wanted a large walk-in shower and a jacuzzi soaker tub, so we demolished the space to reconfigure ducting, waterlines, and drain locations. During demolition, we found that the old plumbing was done incorrectly and was causing problems with drainage. We had to tear up the floor to correct the problem!
Challenges aside, this renovation was done with durability and longevity in mind. Features like copper water lines, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and tile baseboards will last a lifetime and more. We installed a custom double vanity featuring Thermofoil cabinets topped with a quartz counter. Also, the large walk-in shower is fully tiled and enclosed with 3-panel glass doors. Retro vinyl plank flooring and a coat of paint add the finishing touches to a very special room indeed.
