This polished renovation evokes the upscale tranquility of a modern spa! Homeowners now enjoy a custom vanity with a chic quartz countertop and a space-saving under-mounted sink. The whole area was opened up to update the old tub to a 6′ soaker tub with a full tile surround and a decorative border tile. Like many other aspects of this bathroom, the mirror is custom as it needed holes for the light fixture. Stylish black plumbing features, a rain-head shower, and a custom soap niche makes this bathroom an experience rather than just a room! This bathroom was the last section of the house that needed updating, and it was clearly worth the wait.

Challenges:
- Needed to accommodate the area to upgrade the 5′ tub to a 6′ soaker tub. Removed some framing to complete this process
- Needed to cut a hole in the mirror to accommodate a light fixture
- The bathroom was the last section of the house to be upgraded. The rest of the house was recently fully renovated so the homeowner did not want to disturb other areas of the house to accommodate the bathroom renovation. Therefore we could not re-design the layout of the bathroom in any way.
